UNS N02201, often known as Nickel Alloy 201, is a commercially pure nickel alloy that has superior mechanical qualities and resistance to corrosion. Alloy 201 is intended to provide improved resistance to oxidation and different corrosive environments, especially under reducing circumstances. Its composition is roughly 99.6% nickel. Due to its exceptional strength, superior weldability, and high ductility, this alloy is ideal for a variety of demanding applications. The exceptional resistance of Nickel Alloy 201 to reducing acids, alkaline solutions, and other corrosive agents is demonstrated. It works especially well in settings where a high level of resistance to sulfuric acid and other strong chemicals is required.
